The annual ASICS Sport & Leisure Expo adds even more colour and atmosphere to the Gold Coast Marathon weekend.

Australia’s largest running expo will be held at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach from Thursday 28 – Saturday 30 June 2018 and is expected to attract more than 25,000 visitors with free admission for the general public.

There are more than 50 exhibitors, including a huge display of ASICS footwear and fashion, the latest in fitness technology, nutrition and events, and all-important race information for the Gold Coast Marathon. Free WiFi will be available to all attendees.

Schedule

The ASICS Sport & Leisure Expo runs across the three days leading up to the Gold Coast Marathon.

Exhibitors are required to “bump-in” from 9am on Thursday 28 June and be ready to open at least 30 minutes prior to the doors opening to the general public at 4pm on Thursday.

Bump out will be from 5pm to 7pm on Saturday 30 June after the Expo closes.

Full information will be provided to all exhibitors in the Exhibition Pack.

Please inform your staff that the doors will open 15 minutes prior to the above start times advertised to participants. It is up to each exhibitor to be manning their booth at this time to ensure the security of your products and equipment.

Booth Pricing, Zones and Map

In 2018, Expo booths will be allocated by Expo staff. You will be asked to select your zone. For single booth purchases, you can choose from a standard booth or a corner booth. For multi-booths, you will also have the option select one corner booth in order. Note that there will be a limited number of corner booths in each zone.
